What does living nobly with nature entail?

PROBLEM AT HAND

The lack of supply in sustainable real estate developments & infrastructure magnifies the market opportunity to meet the need of corporate & government net zero pledges, as well as swelling individual consumer demand for a lifestyle that systematically supports both personal vitality & maximizes environmental- efficiency.

OUR MISSION

To inspire, develop, and cultivate hope through the creation of sustainable cities where living nobly with nature is a philosophy and a way of life. We consult and design blueprints for urban societies inspired through biomimicry. The communities we seed & serve are technologically advanced, eco-conscious, and have integrity with clean-circle economy rooted in gratitude, empathy, outdoor recreation and a zest for wellness, education, and innovation.

OUR PURPOSE

To to inspire, create, and cultivate communities where society honors the responsibility of guardianship for the sacred balance of nature and the interconnectedness of life, ensuring a vibrant and sustainable legacy for the next seven generations.

The Seventh Generation Principle

Central to our values is the "Seventh Generation Principle," a core philosophy in many Indigenous cultures. This principle guides our decision-making, emphasizing the importance of responsible stewardship of the environment and resources for the benefit of the next seven generations.

UBUNTU

(African Philosophy)

At the heart of our ethos lies the Ubuntu philosophy, deeply rooted in African traditions. Ubuntu, often expressed as "I am because we are," encapsulates our interconnectedness and shared humanity. This guiding principle underscores the importance of community, compassion, and mutual support. In our decision-making and initiatives, we draw inspiration from Ubuntu, fostering a sense of belonging and collective responsibility. Our commitment to sustainable practices is not just an individual endeavor but a shared journey toward a better future for all, echoing the spirit of Ubuntu through environmental stewardship and mindful resource management for the well-being of present and future generations.

FUTURISTIC PHILOSOPHIES

We look to the future with a commitment to sustainability, embracing innovative concepts and technologies that ensure a harmonious coexistence with Earth. Our approach is driven by futuristic philosophies that prioritize ecological responsibility, efficiency, and renewable resources.

FOREST BATHING

Inspired by the Japanese concept of "Shinrin-yoku" (forest bathing), we embrace the idea that connecting with nature is essential for physical and mental well-being. We prioritize designs and practices that integrate nature into our spaces to enhance the quality of life for our communities.

FIVE CROWN PILLARS

Vitality

Prioritizing the well-being of both people and the planet in all our community endeavors. Emphasis on clean air, water, food, and energy. Ensuring vitality is the natural state for all of our residents. Living not merely existing.

Collective Commitment

Reciprocal Oaths by the individuals to the community and the community to the individuals. Philosophy of Ubuntu & 7th Generation Principles. Essential to our mission is the positive collective impact of community commitment towards a sustainable future. The exchanged vows of the individual and the community are influenced by the spirit of The Camelot Creed: “In service to one another there is freedom.”

Education

The new center for green innovation, and a hub for naturalism, biology, biomimicry, environmental efficiency, and renewable resources technology. Museums, hall of fame/history of naturalists and environmentalists that contributed to a better today and momentum to a more sustainable tomorrow. Investing in teachers, to attract and honor the best talent in the educational industry and the resources and information to educate individuals about sustainable living and environmental stewardship.

Outdoor and Recreational

We value fun, entertaining, and easy ways to be virescent. We will make it “cool” and desirable to be committed to a virescent lifestyle.

Sustainability and Circularity

Striving towards sustainable practices in all aspects of our business and city concept to ensure a positive impact on the environment while creating a profitable future for all. “We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.” - Chief Seattle

IRRESPONSIBILITY

Avoiding actions or practices that contribute to environmental degradation or harm.

SHORT-TERM THINKING

Moving away from strategies that prioritize immediate gains over long-term sustainability.

Environmental Intelligence

EQ: Fostering a culture of environmental efficiency through education, awareness, understanding, innovation, and responsibility in our community. Metrics and transparency of reporting metrics on environmental impact (waste, renewable energy, recycling and repurposing coefficients). Also transparency of the true cost of consumerism… not just the cost to produce, yet understanding the cost to sustainably produce (i.e. “Steak tax” to give transparency to the true cost of beef).

Environmental Presence

(EP): Mindful approach to consumption, characterized by active awareness and deliberate decision-making. This concept encourages individuals to transcend autopilot behaviors by considering the long-term environmental costs and benefits of their consumption choices. It involves being fully present and engaged with one's actions and their impact on the environment. Understanding and feeling the connection between one's actions and the broader environmental consequences requires clear thinking, an attuned sense of one’s physical and emotional responses to consumption, and a commitment to integrating this awareness into daily life.
